I'm after a screen as well, so let me know if you can get a deal on a quantity - I might go for two so that I have a spare.

Hi, I went to my local upvc window manufacturer and had one made by them using the old one as pattern, the glass is toughened rather than laminated and they charged me £40 which I thought was reasonable.

Hi,
£40 seems quite cheap to me.
I should also restore my wind screen frame and I´m thinking about replacing the scratched screen when all is disassembled. Will also have a look for it in winter here in Germany.

I was hoping for a laminated one - anyone know anything about getting one of these made?

Is there a particular reason PJ? Better reflective properties?

It stays in one piece(ish) if someone's stone breaks it
And I think laminated might be slightly cheaper

Yep... I'd go along with that as an important safety feature...

Hi Guys. I have found a company that can make Laminated Moke windscreens. Cost estimate is about £70.00 plus vodka and tonic. I am taking my existing screen in on Monday or Tuesday, as a pattern. Turnround should be about 36 hours.

Well, I have got my screen, complete with Kite Mark, and sealed around the edge. I will post contact details in Parts & Services. They currently have 1 in stock and have kept my old one as a pattern.
