Pistons &Props 24/25 Sept 2016

Post by 4mokes » Sun Mar 27, 2016 16:10

Following the success of last years club stand, I am requesting another stand for this years Sywell Piston and Props Show. Those who came last year got to enjoy dog fights in the skies above us, drag racing on the sprint strip and classic racing on the runway plus the stalls and static displays of classic vintage and modern cars .
So the same as last year we can have a stand with a maximum of ten cars which again will be on a first come first served basis and there will be the £5 fee for each car which will include entry for driver and one passenger over the two day event..If you wish to camp you can book this on their site, sywellclassic.co.uk or search locally for BB'S hotels etc.I will pay the £5 for you and collect from you at the event, so contact me, Paul Upton to book your place (Email and phone in front of Moking under Heart of England )

Look forward to hearing from you

Hi Chris. Not sure if you are aware that dogs are not permitted on the site. Maybe Taylor stays at home

Hi John and Nigel,
Yes was aware of the 'no dogs' rule at Sywell, so Tayler will be staying at home with Marg.

Hi All. Huge thanks to Paul for organising this, had a great weekend. Lonnie Donnegan Junior, on Saturday night was interesting, if I closed my eyes it could have been the Man himself. Played all of his fathers hits, a good night. Plus on Sunday the Battle of Britain Memorial flight was absolutely breath taking. Oh and Chris we sold a badge to a new member.
